Refund Policy

Distance Learning Courses are non-refundable. We will always address specific concerns and do our best to satisfy your needs. Any damaged or faulty packages/files must be reported to the Council within 7 days of receipt. When your package/file arrives, please open and inspect all materials carefully. In the event of a damaged package/files, please make a print screen of the error message and email International HSE Council: mavi@hsecouncil.org. Damage claims cannot be accepted after 7 days of receipt.
