Manual handling is a major cause of accidents and injuries in workplaces. The risk of injury from a manual handling task is increased where workers do not have the information or training necessary to enable them to work safely.

All operations related to manual handling should suit the individual and not the other way around.

Course Duration & Assessment

This is a one-day basic awareness course. Upon successful completion, delegates will be issued an IHSEC certificate.
